Rose on a Grave

It may be a thought too grave,
But ain’t it true?
Rose on a grave
Is so like you!

To bring life to a dark dead ground,
Or to pay an ode to dead
They place a rose on a grave.
Like flowers between hair.

And so are you.
In between the desert of my heart,
You planted a rose of your love.
Which bloomed to a garden.

Be it a thought too macabre.
But still it’d be true.
Like a rose on a grave,
You resurrect life in dead too.
